First of all, whoever wrote the things about white trash etc. was not the Manager. This is the leasing agent here at Sunset, and I am really sorry for all those people who have disliked this place. Starting at the end of last year we have been upgrading the apartments with microwaves, new carpet, ceiling fans, and had a change in Management.
You got to understand that when Management changes, that it is hard for them to get thrown in the mix of somewhere new. In the upcoming year we will make several other changes to make Sunset a better place to live. The parking lot will be redone, and possibly assigned parking since some people have issues. Maybe a playground for the kiddos, and other things to come. If you have any suggestions please feel free to come to the office or leave a message here!

The time I lived here I did not like the leasing agents at all. Especially Shayna!!! You were all unprofessional. They would where skanky clothes and just sit around in there offices gossiping. This place is a dump just like the trash that works here.
