We just moved out of Sunset Ridge last month when my husband got his orders. To say the least, living here was an ordeal. We always had to look at dirty grounds. Noise is a constant issue that the management wanted to do nothing about. Cars could sit in the lot during the day and night, blasting their stereos, and the management would not send anyone out to deal with it. There is not a safe place to walk in the grass-unless you want dog crap on your shoes. We had a toilet that always leaked. They fixed it when we first moved in. But one week later, it began to leak again. We had to put a towel around it just to keep our floors clean. We got tired of calling after the first few weeks, we just left it alone. We had a huge spider and ant problem. They always said the ants came from our neighbor's aparment, but they never got rid of them. We spend more money on bug spray then I care to think about. The employees here do not fare much better. Their professionalism is equivalent with that of dirt. Please do not live here. There are too many great apartment deals in the Springs to put up with this place.
