I have lived at Sunset Ridge for little over 6 months. The office staff didn't seem to know what was going on from one day to another. I heard rumers that the owner of the property never wanted to spend any money to fix or improve things, which by the way keeps your residents! When I found out a new management company was taking over I thought things were going to be better. The girls in the office were a lot friendlier more helpful and seemed to know more than the office staff in the past. However, when my friends moved out they were charged for all kinds of things that didn't make since. When they called to talk to the manager all they got was the run around and avoidance. It seems that once you move out, you mean nothing to them and they take the last bit of money they can. So much for the "NEW Sunset Ridge". All I know is that when my lease is up I'm looking for a NEW PLACE TO LIVE! And DON'T try to get me to stay! IT WON'T WORK!
