Well, I have been here almost 3 years. I would LOVE to know which manager the previous author lived here under all 6 months. I certainly cannot keep up with them all. I did have the pleasure (sarcistic tone) of speaking with Julie (the latest), in addition to voicing my concerns over the lack of parking somewhere near my particular building and the latest "tenants" being drug in here that are, to say the least, of questionable character. On any given evening, I can look out and see gangs, er...groups of people hanging around certain vehichles in the parking lot. I have to park 3 buildings down at 11pm and walk through a crowd that reminds of what I can only imagine is likely to frequent the Dallas bus station. The "new" manager told me that she cannot discriminate against prospective tenants....what I DO know is that the criteria to live here must have plummeted grotesquely from three years ago. I no longer feel safe here and cannot wait until my lease is up.
