---- HOLE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Sunset Ridge is the worst place I have ever lived in my life! The owner Rod Hubbard is the biggest slumlord that there is! Remember that name. He rips everyone off that walks through the door even his employees. All of the apartments are in bad condition. But they try to rent them out anyway. The pool was promised to be heated when I moved in and did not work the whole year I lived there and neither did the hot tub. In the winter none of the sidewalks or stairs where ever clear. I slipped once and almost killed myself. When I told the management office they said sorry we are not responsible! Bull ----! My deposit was never refunded to me because they mysteriously lost my move in condition report. Then I showed them the copy I had of it and they said they could not read the signature so it did no count. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS HELL HOLE!!!!! Oh and by the way it is not safe my car was stolen!
