Terrible Owner & Management

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
New owner in 2001 destroyed what was a very nice community. Raised rental rates to outrageous levels, fired the good mamagement staff and replaced them with terrible people, made agreements with companies to put up transmission towers that emit dangerous radiation right next to the apartments, skimped on landscaping services. The owner is the primary problem with this community and the reason it became a bad place to live.
