No Frills here!!! No Management, no maintenance, no adults. Tired of living in your parents house with those pesky curfews and unrealistic rules' Come to Sunset Ridge, where the drugs are cheap and the parties last for days! A extra bonus are the personal fireworks all night long, no matter what time of the year it is! Tons of street parties (inside the complex), street racing (also inside complex), and miniature motorcyle shows (right outside your door!) 24 hours a day (but the action really starts around 1am). Do you like loud music' The guys in building 3945 have a stereo system that can be heard throughout the complex.
So throw caution and reason to the wind and rent at Sunset Ridge, no credit check, no job required and no return deposits. Guaranteed!

I agree with you. New office staff is worse then ever. Everytime I go down there its new people. It says something, if you can't keep the staff how are you going to keep residents. give me a break. Sunset Ridge is a joke. Beware, move in at your own risk.
