I've read the negative reviews on this site and thought people were just overly picky or impossible to please. I've never had a bad experience with an apartment. So, I took a chance and signed a lease with Sunset Ridge. I just moved in today. I hate it. They showed me a great little model. I signed a lease, they gave me the keys, and I went to my new home to find a dump. It was not clean, the screens and blinds were broken, it smelled like animals, the steps are rotting, and its in dire need of a paint job. I was so angry and disappointed that I tried, only 2 hours after getting the keys, to get out of my lease. Management is just unbelievably awful. It's just embarrassing how unprofessional they are. Trista wouldn't even see or speak to me about my concerns. I tried go above her and they wouldn't return my calls either. If they'd have let me out of my lease I possibly would have had some respect for them, but now not only will I not recommend anyone to rent from Sunset Ridge, I will not recommend anyone to rent from Omni period. Thank God I only signed a 6-month lease. I'm not even unpacking because I intend to leave the second my lease is up. Take it from someone who is incredibly easy to please and has never left a bad review in her life- DO NOT move here.

By state law You can recind the lease within 72 hours of signing
