My husband and I moved here because it is a nice area of town and the rental rates were cheaper than other complexes close by. When we moved in, our apartment was not clean. The carpet was/is especially disgusting with black stains in the master bedroom. Also, my six year old step son who stays with us on weekends cant even play in the grass because of the dog poop problem. Also, we have a couple of extremely rude neighbors who have repeatedly spit on our cars for parking in "their" parking spots. Which is a joke considering there are no assigned parking spots. The list of compliants we have goes on and on. We have addressed all of our issues with the past and current management, yet nothing in the slightest has been done to resolve anything. Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw this SAME REVIEW over in this apartment review as well...Vineyards of Colorado Springs. Guess these people are posting the same thing in every apartment complex in CO.
