Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006

I have lived in approximately 20 different locations throughout Asia and the US and this is the second worst place I have ever lived everthing is falling apart within the apartment. It should be low income apartments, because they can't keep anyone here due to the shabby workmanship of the facility.
