When it snowed the parking lot was a nightmare. The new management people were rude and not remotely helpful.

OK that was the season with the worst blizzards in like 10 yrs are you really going to cry about that.

You have to love how the management people come in here annonymously to try and justify their pitiful customer service...they deserve the low ratings they have
