I've lived here for a really long time and have seen the ups and downs of this property. I love it here. The staff they have now knows what they are doing and know the lease you signed. Follow the rules and dont think you are that one special resident that doesnt have to follow the LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT you SIGNED then yeah probably not going to be too happy here. Whats so hard about following the rules' Treat the people in the office like you would like to be treated and you will see a huge change. Why would they want to go out of their way for you Orchidlover it sounds like your a cry baby.

LOL. Yes most residents break legal binding contracts from time to time. Lifestyles and needs change. You hope for the best when you sign and then you hope that the legal contract you signed don't get you thrown out or your rental history screwed because you can't part ways with your new 4 legged baby. :) Please don't throw meh out! I love her so much and look my lease is almost up :( I love the Preserve at Hidden Creek!!!!!!!!
