Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
This apt complex is friendly till you sign the lease. Then if you give 25 days notice instead of 30 they will charge you one full month rent plus some extra five hundred dollar fee on top of that. It cost me over twelve hundred to move out of an apt I left in great shape. They gave me my ninety-nine dollar deposit back for cleaning it so well(otherwise I would of had to pay thirteen hundred to move out) So I sucked it up (even though I knew I was getting ripped off) and paid the twelve hundred plus move out fee with a cashier's check in the time frame they gave me to pay (I paid early so it wouldnt go to collections) Then five months down the road after I moved out, I get a letter from a collectin agency Metro Collection Service Inc out of Aurora Colorado. It is a bill to be paid that was already paid in full right away with a cashiers Check!! Who dropped the ball on this one! Obviously Preserve at Hidden Creek is run by complete idiots that do not even know how to do a simple job. Rating: F-------
