The management for this complex is insufficient and lacking in every area. In 1.5 years there has been 4 different managers. Complaints go by with no response unless you are ademant and continuously complain. There are problems with mold, mice, incompetent staff, rude management, leaking roofs and ALL doors/windows are so incredibly drafty that you should expect to pay upwards of $100 a month for utilities in the winter. It is so bad that if the wind is blowing against your door/windows, guarantee to find snow INSIDE your apartment! Current manager is the best they've had so far, but still lacking. The complex is also becoming overridden with young, loud, rude, immature residents. These 'kids' will keep you up till all hours of the night. Also keep an eye on your vehicles, ours were broken into and vandalized twice so far, along with numerous other residents'.

i live in trinidad and i have actually been reading alot of these reviews, WOW its amazing. i dont know what to say or who to believe. if it is true it is really scary i mean i have a 7 year old daughter, and believe me no one will hurt her in any way.. but than again if these people are just making this up because there mad at management because maybe they couldnt pay rent who knows the truth then all of a sudden your complex is given a bad name bad rep ect.. just confusting... i guess im better off in just buying a house guys thanks....... mel
