BE CAREFUL LIVING HERE!!

WARNING! Unless you are 200% sure you will be there for at least a year DO NOT sign the 1 year lease agreement because you will get screwed royally if you need to get out earlier, no matter what the reason. Also, be sure to double-check all of the math for any fees you are charged because the management is not too good at simple addition and subtraction. Get any discussions with them in writing because they are always giving out incorrect information. They are also not concerned about being helpful about human issues that come up and you will be charged the maximum penalties if you are even 1 second late on anything. And heaven forbid you have a serious problem and attempt to contact Sentinel, the property owners (they also own Eperney across the street). The witch at reception will give you a hard time, not allow you to talk to anyone, nobody will ever call you back, and they expect everything to be sent by fax even if you don?t have one (even then you are unlikely to get a response from them). NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE TO LIVE, BUT IF YOU MUST, PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!
