Since the old manager Brad is no longer running this place it has turned to crap, they are never open, the new #*&@# is there and has the personality of a toad (just sits there not having a clue)!!! They are closed every weekend and let me tell you how good the customer service is with out some one there to help you. Almost the same when they are open!! Every time you call there it seems that no one knows how the pick up a phone as they do not answer even when they are there either. This place is a JOKE!!!!! I will be moving real soon!!!!!!!!!!!

No! we are not closed every weekend. We had some staff changes in February and we closed 2 weekends. We are open 7 days a week. Woodland Hills is only a 2 person office and office hours are subject to change occasionally and sometimes without notice. Sorry for any inconvenience you were caused by us being closed those 2 weekends.

No they are closed half of Wednesday and half of Thursday. Oh they really want to have good customer service huh?

I love it here i mean there are little things like the paint its ugly but over all the offices "toads" if your nice aren't toads at all.

Over the past 5 years there have been more staff changes then can be counted. 2004 was the best year in the past 8.
