The apartments are extremely noisy. You can hear your neighbors from all sides. I constantly hear tvs, traffic, neighbors arguments from bellow, even someone coughing in another apartment. Once the apartments switched to new management, things got even worse. The new staff were very unorganized, claiming that myself and several others didnt pay rent when we did; i had to find proof that showed i payed my rent. The office staff does very little to help with complaints. Also, since ive moved in, the utilities are extrememly high for a one bedroom, never being lower then 70 dollars every month, even in the summer with no heat and no AC (opened windows). The maintence crew however,are very nice. I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to anyone and cant wait to leave.
