I have only lived here for 4 months but everyone is great to me. I'm not sure what the office staff was like before but they actually know me by name. Maint. is always pleasant. Most places I've lived at were never personal with you. As far as the noise goes...yeah you can hear others but I have never lived in a place where you couldn't. Overall friendly and affordable.
