I just heard about this site and even though it isn't very popular yet if it helps anyone out choosing a place to live it was worth it. As far as the apartment layouts go they are pretty nice. The pool and hot tub were closed most of the time, and the gated community was rarely gated; for the most part left wide open allowing any of our neighboring drug rehabilitation center escapees to enter our community willing. I was military and they claim they are "military friendly" but they try to take your money anyway they can. I was dog sitting my neighbors dog and they tried to make me pay a deposit for it. As far as noise violations go... well lets just say I even got one when my roommate and I were out of state and my apartment was empty. I'm not going to lie and say I was never loud, but come on, that's a little out of reason.
Another frustrating matter was that the apartment complex had brokered a deal with a local phone, internet and satellite company so you could only go through one specific provider. Of course that was an expensive provider, and options were limited.
Furthermore they have assigned parking spaces which were designed by, well lets say the not so intelligent. You had to walk across the dark parking lot with the neighboring rehab tenants and gate wide open to taunt me. When they hired "security for it, all they did was sleep on the job, or harass innocent people.
I know I cleaned my apartment to the extreme, I even had the carpets cleaned and everything scrubbed down, including walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom, everything. I did not receive a refund of my deposit not even a partial, even though they claim to be "military friendly." And when I try to confront the office staff about these issues at hand they proved to be very unfriendly, extremely difficult to deal with and unwilling to compromise over petty matters.
There were some other things but I have been lengthy enough, I hope this helps someone on their decision. If you have any other questions please feel free to respond to this and I will try to answer you back. If there was better management this could be a very nice place. I'm also sure they will do their best to discredit me or cover their mistakes but that is their job too. Believe what you want, I don't have to live there anymore.
