This was the worst apartment comples I ever lived in. The grounds were dirty with garbage all over. The apartment had a leak under the kitchen sink that never got fixed, the front door lock quit working, that also never got fixed. We had to go buy a new lock ourselves. The refrigerator had a freon leak and we had to throw away all of our food. It took 2 weeks of complaining and a call to the health department before we got a new fridge. The noise level was awful. I can't tell you how many times I was woke up at 3AM by blaring car stereos and drunks arguing in the parking lot.Not to mention the fact that in the 5 months that we lived there they had 4 different office managers, and the mainteneance staff changed 3 times. If you enjoy living in a place run by slum lords, than this is the place for you.
