"Where In GOOD GODS NAME SHOULD I START!" 1st I'd like to add that this whole apartment complex needs to be renovated, exterminated and properly staffed with some really professionalism and organization skills. I moved in granted a lease off 3 months, signed and dated in the month of Oct. The place was filthy with roaches, rats and any other pest pest you could imagine that unkept maintenance and cleaning would cause...for a whole year I've patiently asked and waited for the apartment to be fixed: new carpet, extermination of roaches and mice, faucets being changed,electrical box cover to be fixed, electrical outlets to be covered, etc. And they try to evict you because you want the work done. " Man, I may as well been living in a cardboard box in an alley!" Advice to anybody desperate to find somewhere to live please don't make the mistake I made and know that desperation does'nt always mean dirty, filthy, mice, roaches and unprofesionalism and disorder...dealling with Timberlane Apartments thats definitely what your in for!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I actually lived here back in 1986 and other than the roaches, it wasn't too bad of a place to live. It was very scenic and the people were friendly. It's sad to hear that this place has gone downhill over the years. It's sounds not unlike a ghetto, the way it's been described by many of the negative reviews. Hopefully an aggressive team of new owners/management can clean up this unfortunate situation and return the area to what it was years ago.
