i moved in because i was in a situation where i needed a place like a month before i moved in. at first they didn't seem bad but when months went by they started caring less and less. people sleep in the hallway the cops are there all the time because of may different reasons. my apartment was almost broken into before i had to stop them. there are no locks on any of the outisde doors to make sure people don't enter the building. the building is falling apart. there is black mold growing in the apartments the halls and the place is never cleaned. it took me 3 weeks to get ahold of management to ask about my lease. they always say they will fix things or take care of a problem you are having but never end up doing it. the maintence guy or if that what you want to call him ruined a rug that was in my kitchen because he's so unprofessional. the walls have plaster patches where there were holes. the place is a horrible neighborhood as well. a week before i was suppose to move out someone stole my car and the cops were the only ones to do anything. a apartment 2 down from might was flooded from the upstairs neighbors. water was pouring out of the light sockets and water fictures. they had no eat through out the winter as well. the walls are so think you can hear the people in the next apartment going to the bathroom. all i have to say is this place is horrible. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!! WALK AWAY AND DNO'T EVEN LOOK AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I to once lived in those apartments. I will never ever live there again. i only moved in cause it was across the street from where I worked and had no car. To many drugs in that building. My fridge i had there broke and it took them almost a week to get me a new one and I just went grocery shopping and they wouldn't even compensate for what food I lost. Maintaince sucks - drug dealers threw out the whole building - cops always there! and they didn't tell me that you had to pay extra for water or heat but I found that out when i got the bill and it was over a hundred dollars extra. Will never again even think about moving back into that place!!!!
