These guys suck! They always say they are coming to fix something in the next few days when it breaks and don't call, or return your calls. I have been waiting for my final bill from them for almost six months and because of them, I had to get a co-signer for my next apartment! They are horrible horrible landlords and charge you and arm and a leg when you move out for something that was already broken and never fix it. Screw these guys, stay away from ANY place they manage (weber terrace, tremont, etc.)
