alomst every month i see them moving new fridges and stoves and dishwashers in they keep the grass cut. there are some blemishes around the buildings but worth it for what your paying. they try and be as flexable as they can on rent like a 1 bedroom is going for right now (Jun 2009) $410 But they can go to like 390 if needed

the utilites are PRORATED!!! They Get one big bill every month and they divide it between each apartment. so in winter you pay 100 dollars for water gas and in summer around 50 to 70 which is kinda high. but you pay your own electric bill thru CSU

You have to Shampoo The Carpets PROFESSIONALLY when you move out and show a recipt from the carpet cleaners. Costs like 30-75 dollars depending on who you go thru

the apartments charge 40 dollars to do it,

so this place is worth it!
Pet rent is like 20 a month and deposit is like 150.
