This is now Hyde park North (Check out Hyde Park to get a second opinion on the same management) They took over a couple years ago, and things have been going downhill since! These guys act nice and pretend to be willing to help, but they will ignore most requests for maintenance and refuse to help with very simple requests. Management talked me into staying another year by negotiating with me. In exchange for increased rent and staying another year, I was to receive a couple of upgrades that never came.
