Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1997
smaller 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment but good bedroom size w/combo dining room/living room - washer/dryer included - covered parking (top side only) for extra cost per month - large grassy areas between buildings - easy access to major streets - nice pool, inside hot tub, racquetball court - nice floorplan w/windows on two sides of building to get cross-breezes - lots of parking
