New Management

I have lived in Glenridge for about 4 years, and I have to say that at first I was extremely upset with how management managed the property. I was tempted not to renew my lease, but decided to stay because of financial situations. During 2002 Glenridge obtained a new manager. Rules and regulations definitly changed and it was a hard adjustment for everyone. Now, in 2004 I am definitly happy with my decision to stay. I am very impressed with all the community activities that they have implemented on a monthly basis. For me and my children, we can go to Josh'n'Johns for the monthly ice cream social, and for me, every three months they have a massage day where i can get a complimentary one hour massage. I am also a student at UCCS and they paid for half of my parking permit. When i renewed my lease i received a beautiful move in gift of a water fountain. Management has been extremely attentive to all of my needs. Maintenance has completed all of my work orders in a timely fashion. I love living here, and I would not move anywhere else, because I know that I will be taken care of!!!
An extremely happy resident
