these apartments look nicer on the outside than they actually are. they are cheaply constructed with cheap appliances and fixtures. EVERY DAY we constantly heard pounding from upstairs neighbors, and the walls were so thin the neighbors called security when we played the tv at normal volume. windows are drafty, balconies have wood floors so dirt leaks thru from above. water heater couldn't support shower running at the same time as dishwasher, clothes washer or second shower. the office staff was VERY rude to us, especially upon moving out. not worth the rent.
