As the manager at Glenridge Apartments, you must take into consideration as you read these posting that there are many disgruntled residents and previous residents who feel that they have been mistreated. You must understand that I manage 220 families and there are rules and regulations that I have been hired to enforce for all 220 families. People assume that they can negotiate rent and that the rules do not apply to them. Would you rather live in an apartment community that did not enforce the rules and it was a mis-managed community' Think about it, we do criminal background checks on every occupant that is over 18, don't you want to know who your neigbors are' If you should have any questions regarding any of the stated comments, we would be more than happy to clear up any misconceptions for you.
