Hello! I am not a resident yet...but I am mid process! I have found that the staff and manager are more then willing to work with you and get to know you! I am moving from out of state and have never been to the area. The staff was knowledage able, and honest with me about the complex. I have searched many days and nights for a complex that can fulfill my needs. This complex goes above and beyond. The floor plan is well laid out, and spacious. As a military wife, I have lived many places and have delt with many managers, and I have found this complex to be the most personable in the area. And one of my top 10. I too am in the coustomer service industry, and judge ALOT of my decission on the staff. I agree that the people that posted rude things about this complex are in probably in denial about there choice not to follow the rules. I would rather have rules then live in a dump! Finding this complex has excited me about moving to a completly new area, and knowing the staff is ready and willing to help, makes me sure that I want to live at Glenridge Apartments.

I am also a military wife, and have also learned that even bad management will act A-1 BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. Your not even a resident yet! So why are you reviewing things that only a resident should be reviewing?!?! Anyone can "get your experience" by talking to management about potiential apartments/leasing. You aren doing a diss-service to those people who actually come here and want to know what it is like from people WHO HAVE ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED it by living there, and that have had to deal with the complex and staff on a continual basis. Not from people (like yourself)who are possibly just getting the smooozed and brown nosed into a lease.
