As you can tell we do have many disgruntled previous residents. But, let me assure you that everything is written out in black and white, and we also go over in person the lease agreement and all of the addendums. We also personally deliver any copies of agreements that the residents have signed. Obviously, these residents either did not take the time to look over our cleaning instructions, set up a walk through at move out (which we do encourage), and we even call before day of move out and ask if the residents would like to schedule a walk through. Pets are welcome, but we have many previous residents who have not made the effort to follow our pet rules, and many of these residents end up having to replace the carpet due to pet damage. Let me ask you, would you like to move into an apartment that has severe pet damage, even if you have a pet' I guarantee that the answer is no. Therefore, these residents who like to complain about their charges aren't as responsible as you think. Otherwise they would not have the outrages charges. When you choose to live in an apartment community, there are pros and cons to each situation. We as the management company can not make everybody happy. If you just follow the rules, you won't be bothered by us. In fact, we have very many residents that are very happy and have been here for 3 years.

As someone who is looking to move to Colorado Springs this type of response worries me. Obviously as management you are missing something if you have this many negitive reviews. It also appears to validate the negitive reviews if you feel the need to defend them with this response. It makes you seem very underhanded and disshonest. The public is more likely to trust the tenants than the managment. Maybe you should change your ways inorder to simply get GOOD reviews and then you would not have anything to defend!
