Not recommended - change in management

Just as a heads up, the management staff has changed in the last 6 months, so the previous reviews about office staff no longer would necessarily apply. In my opinion, however, there have been many errors and inconveniences from living at this complex.
Many apartments have flooded so far this winter, and the accomodations and assistance after a flood have not been adequate. The apartments are not well-kept, and maintenance is careless and does not take preventative measures to keep the apartments in good condition. Often it takes several work orders to get something fixed, and the maintenance staff does not take care to treat your home as a home - they leave muddy footprints, leave garbage behind, and whatever else they may feel like doing.
I have not been satisfied with the level of caring and customer service I am receiving, the rent is not worth the money, and there are more excuses coming from the staff than I've ever heard!

Good remark about the previous management staff. I was wondering why the reviews turned so sour.
