In my personal opinion, it seems that when Sandy Moulton was manager, things were great. My husband and I have lived here since July 2005 and before from 2002-2003. Sandy left and Holland residentials took over. Our apartment complex now has a ghetto name, "Union Heights." and they started remodeling back in August, they still have not finished painting the damn buildings. The complex put up notices 3 months ago to put things from our deck inside our home because they were going to paint, they still have not gotten around to it, so we put things back outside. well... I came home one day, and saw paint chips everywhere on my deck. Another issue is the water. We are billed through Conservice, based out of Utah. My husband and I may run our dishwasher twice a week and 10 minute showers each once a day and our bill ends up being $75.00. There is a leak somewhere in our building. We sugessted they take a look at it. They still have not done it. The front and back grass area is a complete marsh. The staff is not great at letting you know things in advance. For example, we got a knock at our door at 8:30 am to move our cars because they were going to pave or our car would get towed. We also got a letter to renew our lease on October 31st, and they wanted us to respond by November 1st or they assumed we wantred the month to month lease which would be more expensive. If anybody is looking at an apt., this is not the place. It si definitely nothing like it used to be. Please, don't move here.

I moved in 11-21-04. Sandy was also the manager and I agree with the review. I recentally moved out and found that the person above let their dog pee on our balcony and ruined everything we had on the balcony! I called the security and told the management about the guy below us playing drums at 1:00 in the morning; nothing was ever done. I finally called the CSPD, what a waste of their time. Everytime I went into the office it seemed like I was an inconvience to the people working. I would never recommend Union Heights to anyone, maybe someone I hated! Leslie Lewis
