I agree with the other comments posted. Since Glenridge has now become Union Heights, management of the complex seems to have gone downhill. There is no flexibility with management, and when you need maintenance attention, you can expect to wait at least a few weeks before someone will respond to your trouble ticket. Also, the previous staff took time to get to know the residents, but it seems like now no one cares.
I witnessed an unsuccessful incident this past Labor Day of someone trying to break-in to the clubhouse late at night, and when I asked management about it, they had no idea what I was talking about. That either means that management is trying to hide something, or they are absolutely clueless. This incident made me feel completely unsafe!
I can't wait until my lease is up.

Maintenance is crappy, they sit in the office and play on the computer. The temps do more work. Who is in charge of this ?!!@ hole?

Just to get this straight, you witnessed a possible break in and you didn't do anything about it? What kind of pride do you have in where you live. The management isn't at the office 24/7 and most things are not brought to there attention until the residents say something. Maybe you should sit down read the lease, look over the rules and regulations and know what you're getting into before you go running your mouth. Oh, wait, you all must be perfect at your jobs right....
