We moved into town in Dec 06, and at First Loved the apartments, the Model is extremely nice and so is the club house, however this is very misleading. Since living in these apartments, I have repeatedly had maitenance problems, which were never taken care of, and The parking is horendous. I have had many problems with the staff they are not very friendly, and do not know how to treat residents. They offer a referral program, but I would never refer someone to a property where I have had the worst 6 months of renting. They do allow pets, but The deposit it outrageous $400 $25 a month and only $200 is refundable. Also since I have lived there they state that the clubhouse is open until 10pm. Not once has the clubhouse been open after 5pm.

Who is this Holland and why do they act like they know what they are doing? Management is a farce. The head manager person is evil and the fakest person I have ever met.

These are the ABSOLUTE WORST APTS I have EVER lived in!!! The manager, Amy, is rude and does not pay any attention to the resident's requests. I have had numerous difficulties even reaching the office staff by phone. I go over to the office and they are sitting there in the clubhouse chatting....why couldnt they answer the phone!!!! The maintainence staff manager is not cooperative at all and is EXTREMELY rude. In short...DONT MOVE HERE! Also, the hot tub they advertise as having seldom is functioning!
