I am a resident and I love my apartment. I moved into the remodeled apt and its is beautiful by far anything I have seen in this area. I love the paint colors, the new cabinets, the countertop, the new floors. I have seen a lot of remodel and so far this is the best. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance guys are clean, professional and top of it! The leasing staff is friendly and nice and always helpful. I looked so many apt that we just junk and snotty disrespectful office people. But when I walked into Union Heights I was amazed at how nice they were to me. They treated me like I was family. They were excited to show me the apt and excited for me to live there. I leased same day and happy ever since. IF I could complain about one thing I would say there is never any parking. If you live on the end by the carports then its perfect. But everything else outshines the rest. I love the clubhouse, the staff, the shopping right across the street, perfect for when it snows and you need some shopping done. I recommend to everybody I know. I like it so much I wish they had a job opening cause I would be proud to work here!

Well, the manager and assistant manager must be in the back hiding like always. Of course the leasing people are nice, that's how they make their money. That and having the fear of god put in them. Keep putting out fires Holland Management.
