Horrible Management

I lived in one of the properties owned by Citadel Management. The office staff is horrible, and money was lost multiple times by staff. Management are not willing to assist you unless you constantly call and bug them, and when Connie doesn't want to hear you she has no problems with screaming at you and hanging up. Rent started out at 500.00 and by the time i left it was 550.00 and you had to pay for utilities with them as well as utilities with Colorado Springs Utilities. All in all I hated living under Citadel Management and I would not recommend anyone moving into one of their properties.
