I have lived in this community on a 13-month lease, it is not worth it. They did not inform of us things in our lease before we signed it, they have held us accountable for damage to our car, among other things. Other tenants have made outrageous noise, and rude comments that were untrue that were held against us wrongly. The animal control in these apartments is unbelievable, they let animals roam wherever they please and do nothing to control them, yet when our very-well behaved puppy had done nothing we have gotten numerous complaints that caused us to have to decided whether to keep him or leave so to avoid an undo eviction. The facilities were not upkept very well and projects that were started in our apartment that inconvenienced us were never taken care of, just left undone. The management flips around so often that they bring people in who have no idea of the things going on and let problems go without any worries. The rent for these apartments are atrocious for the treatment that is incurred while living here. If you are told that it is a nice community, that is untrue, the area is filled with daily crime and noone to do anything about it because " the problem is not their concern".
