We have lived here for almost 13 months and we only had trouble in the beginning and that was due to the other tenants and an office manager that no longer works there. We love how great the grounds are kept and how clean the laundry facilities are. We are moving however because of the utilities? dispursement and we want an apartment with a washer and dryer. I believe that there has been a real improvement made to this property since Oct 2003. We do not have a problem getting repairs fixed or noisey tenants. Thank you to the staf of Village East for the good year!
