I cannot believe what the apartments are trying to charge for these run down apartments. Go walk through and see for yourself, broken screens, dirty laundry rooms, trash in the parking lot, broke down cars. Just last week 7 cars were broken into in one night!!! Think I'm bluffing''' Goto the El Paso County Sheriffs Office website and see for yourself! Furthermore, there are numerous illegals and a lot of military trash/young people. Staff is constantly changing, the water pressure in the shower is a joke. (hot/cold/hot/cold).
