This place isn't bad at all except for the fact that you can hear your neighbors above and beside you. I can hear my neighbors kids above me running around and dropping stuff as well as the creaks in the floors. The neighbors beside me who are young and like to mess around once in awhile later in the night, you can hear that too. This is one thing I didn't even take into consideration when I signed the lease, for this was the first time moving into an apartment. I guess some apartments have thicker walls and better insulation than others and this isn't one of them. Other than that everything else including maintenance, staff, appearance, and parking is good.
