On the 4th of July, my A/C went out. I've been trying to get it taken care of for more than a week. The staff doesn't seem to care that it's been over 90 degrees in my apartment for over a week. The only time anything's been done it's because I've gotten on them about it, and usually even though I'm irate, they make promises that they don't follow through with. It's now Saturday, July 12th. Despite assurances by the staff that someone was coming to take care of the problem and that the office girl wouldn't leave until the job was taken care of, the grounds and office are now deserted until Monday morning and no one has even come to my apartment.
Besides that, the showers alternate between freezing cold and scalding hot with it being rare for them to ever settle on the desired temperature.
I hate this place, I've had enough. I'm moving out as soon as I can.

That must have been the weekend for things to go wrong. 4th of July my apartment flooded for the 3rd time in a matter of a couple weeks from the laundry room next door. I called them immediately and was told someone would be over ASAP to fix the problem. Well, come Monday morning, still hadn't heard anything so I called them. They had forgotten about the water probem...it still wasn't taken care of and cleaned up until WEDNESDAY. The very next day, it happened again. I had mold growing in my dining room from the flood.

That same weekend, someone vomited all over our door. It took them almost 2 weeks to get someone over there to clean it up! My husband ended up doing the majority of it. We broke our lease and living somewhere else. Thank God!
