My husband and myself along with our 2 year old lived in Village East from May 2008-Nov. 2008. We moved in because the rent was cheap and it was close to Peterson AFB. We moved out because the utilities were extremely high and no one could explain to us why it cost so much to live in an apartment. For water alone they charged $70.00. We are now living in a three bedroom house and our water bill was $10.00. They had to correct our utility bill every month. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

One time we came home and found vomit on our door. It took them almost a week and a half to come and clean it up after we complained mutiple times. People don't pick up after there pets. I was afraid to let my son play in the grass. There are much nicer places to live at the same price. There own staff is quiting because they can't stand management. Save yourself the drama and live someplace else.

I was about to move out... one month from moving out i got a letter from the leasing office telling me that the dog that i had been taking care of, was not allowed there. In the letter that they gave me it said "as stated in your lease" and it listed the breed of this dog and many more... was not allowed on the property... so my husband and i looked over our lease.. IT NEVER STATED ANYWHERE~!! .. After i looked over my lease i went back to the leasing office, and asked them to show me where in my lease this was stated because i could not find it in my own... the leasing manager couldnt even show me where it was said... she said " ok.. its not in here ill correct it on the letters that i have for other residents" so i argued with her for a minute or 2 telling her that this animal was not leaving until i did in EXACTLY one month! and another leasing manager came out and told me "Shut your face. Your the dumbass that broke the rules" when clearly i didnt. she goes on " get your dog out now, or get the hell out with it" she continued to call me a dumbass a few more times and.. told me to "SHUT MY FACE" numerous times!! People this is supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL.. and she talked to a resident... not to mention a military resident..I find it RUDE, JERKY.. AND TERRIBLE... these apts. SUCK!!! you can hear EVERY single converstaion from all your neighbors.. wheather it be uner you, to the side of you .. your next to you... it is the worst apts that i have ever lived!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! they are crooks.. and it is a sham!!!!
