Pricey From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   This place is a lot nicer & newer than some of the other complexes in the area. The grounds are nicely maintained & staff is friendly. Also, maintenace fixes problems in a timely manner. If they have to go into your apt., they always give a notice. Parking is ample & the views are great, as well. My complaints are the prices we're paying for our apt. We have a junior 1 bdrm & pay $650 for it. They've raised the rent on us twice since we've been here. Also, the walls are a litte thin & you can hear your neighbor's music or tv @ night. Maintenance tries their best w/ noise control, so it's really not their fault. Even though it's pricey, it's still a good, clean, place to rent.
