Even though it can be a little expensive compared to other places (a 2 bdrm is $$$), it's worth the extra dollar. First off, there is ample parking & you can actually drive evenly around the complex---no weird turns or narrow alley like streets. This place is large, but the layout is actually pretty nice. here. Also, the views are great, depending on which side of the complex you're facing. The grounds are kept up & staff & maintenance do their best to accommodate you. The interiors are clean w/ modern appliances. They aren't outdated unlike some of the places I've lived in. If they need to inspect or go in your apt., they provide notice (usually 2 days), which hardly ever happens. The last time was in the summer when they were doing their pest control. Also, during the summer, they have a block party at the pool/clubhouse & they've even had a neighborhood garage sale. So, they like their residents to mingle. I've never had a problem with neighbors b/c most of the single, younger military soldiers can't afford this place & they do their best to regulate noise control. During the winter, the staff makes sure the sidewalks are cleared & the parking lots are cleared. As for safety, this is the safest place I've ever lived in. Never had a problem w/ safety here. So, I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long-term lease. Also, check out the other places around here & compare them to this one so you can see the difference.
