THE BEST IN 80906: Fort Carson proximity is a PLUS! From: funlady06 Date posted: 9/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived at these apartments for a few years too and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It is the most comfortable I've ever been in an apartment, and I don't have to worry about ANYTHING! My neighbors are friendly too! The parking is great and there are more spots available than cars - even on a Friday/Saturday night, when it gets busy with friends stopping over...unlike other apartment complexes (ie: Mountain View--they are the worst). I would stay here until forever if we didn't have to leave due to the military. The current staff is WONDERFUL...Kim, Brooke and the two maintanance guys are always helpful; they seem to smile and wave a lot.
