Horrible - Worst apartment ever!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
We lived right on Woodmen so the noise was constant. The windows were paper thin. Always too cold or too hot, and they refused to fix that air conditioner because they claimed we ran it too high. The water mains broke 4 time while we lived there, once for 3 days we were without water. The staff is just rude. My brother was staying with us for a little while and she actually made fun of him and cussed at him in the rental office. Way over priced, just a nightmare. Constantly kids out very late at night hanging out in the parking lot cussing and drinking. I had to call the cops 4 times in one summer because of these kids. Two meth lab busts in the year we lived there. Also there was an explosion in a dumpster right next to the parking lot. Super thin walls. Doors to the complex were always propped open when it was supposed to be a secure building. 3 washers and dryers for 38 apartments, and people would always take your clothes out and throw them on the floor if you left for even a minute. Filthy walls, there was brown build up in the bathroom that would drip down the walls when it got steamy. They raised our rent 3 times by the time we finally got out of there. Never ever live here.
