The last reviewer is incorrect. Crossroads is about 30 years old so impossible to have 50 year old water pipes. Did that tenant not see or ask how old the building was prior to choosing to live at Crossroads' I have lived at Crossroads for 5 years and not only are there smoke detectors in the apartments, there in the hallways also. Every apt. I have ever lived in has had parking issues and actually come to think I have had none here probably because it is open parking. What was said about the employees is true and they do a good job. What you will find when you move is you will have some problems anywhere you go, even if you buy a new home. The grass is not always greener, trust me.
