Frequent car break ins, even tires and rims taken. Frequent hit and runs, minor damage but damage none the less. Fire started by heating company on 11-2-2006. Minimal reparation to the apartment owner where it was started, none that I am aware of to the remainder of the building. The same company is still being used. The employees of the heating company brought their equipment outside and the assistant manager who lives in the building where it started stood outside the building while 4-5 units remained occupied and unaware of the danger. Although the heating company remained after the fire to "fix' the system, many of the apartments went without heat for the night. It was cold 11-2 and many had to keep the windows open because of smoke. Frequent fights in the courtyard. The quality and speed of repairs depends on the repair, some are quick and done right right the first time. If it is heating, plan on being cold and beware of fires. Ceiling leaks, backed up pipes, anything pricey ... plan on weeks or months. Laundry is stolen from time to time. Mail is tampered with/stolen. General complex cleaning takes place just before the surveys go out. Watch your cars, they do the entire complex at once. Snow removal ... plan on it melting, it is inadequate and slow. Seems to be lots of evictions, couches, furniture frequently by dumpsters but it could just be people moving leaving behind furniture. Two pools are advertised, in the last 3 years only 1 has ever been opened. The laundry room is generally dirty and has soot on the walls. You can count on a smile from the office but not necessarily to be heard or your request to be acted on. I would get anything stated to you in writing or take notes in their presence if you plan on it being remembered. "Not that I'm aware of" is a frequent phrase. The neighbors are nice. First of all I live in the building that had the very small fire in it, and you have NO idea what you are talking about as far as that fire was concerned sounds to me like you are just trying to cause trouble because you got yelled at for something you did that was stupid during the fire and are trying to stupidly get back at them. The person you are talking about standing outside the building letting people possibly die is so inaccurate that it makes me laugh. That person was the one helping mothers carry their young children out of the building and helping the elderly get out safely as well. And who do you think called the fire department??? DUH And as for the heating company they are doing a great job, they came to take care of my heat the same day I reported the problem and I had no problems! Neither have my friends here so get over it. I get tired of hearing all this crap from other people that try to talk to me about it when they have no clue. And now to address the break-ins and "hit and runs" the term hit and runs makes me laugh because I have to tell you We have not had any hit and runs, but break-ins can happen anywhere you live even if you are in a gated community they can just wait for someone to drive in and they can easily get in! What makes the difference is how the management handles it, and they have been great!! Trinity can really pick their employees! I hope to live here a really long time because of how great the staff is. So I have no idea what you are talking about but get over whatever they told you you couldn't do and get a life. This property is great! I recommend it to anyone.
