Very noisy. This place attracts derelicts. I feel unsafe. Fleas can be seen. Maintenance is not good. Too many old appliances, unclean. Electrical outlets are way, way to loose to keep stuff plugged in. Very noisy at night (1-3AM). But the rent IS cheap though and it IS conveniently close to my favorite places up north. Don't recommend for serious renters. If you're young and rebellious this is the place for you. Pack heat.
